Some pieces will take longer to make, so please refer to individual product descriptions for more information. Please note that during the Christmas period processing times may be longer. When buying rings, please select your rings size from the drop down menu before adding to your cart. If you are unsure of your ring size, please check before buying. Most jewellery shops will be able to measure and tell you your ring size for free. If you are a UK customer I can send a ring sizer to you free of charge; please send me a message if you require one. Due to their delicate nature, or the delicate nature of some gemstones, it is not always possible to resize rings, so please make sure to check the ring size properly before purchasing.

Our jewellery is handmade with quality materials, and with the best possible care should last a lifetime. Here are a few tips to help look after your jewellery. Jewellery should always be taken off when you go to bed to avoid damage. Do not wear your jewellery when cooking, cleaning or engaging in physical activity. Perfumes, lotions and hair products can react with jewellery and cause it to tarnish; for this reason cosmetic products should be applied before putting your jewellery on. Water can damage your jewellery, so please take your jewellery off before showering or swimming. Store your jewellery in its gift box, or wrap it in acid-free tissue paper, and store away from sunlight and humidity.

Your jewellery has a warranty of 12 months under normal conditions of wear and tear. In the unlikely occasion your jewellery requires a repair during this time, please provide your proof of purchase and contact me through Etsy messages.
